Power Of Adequate Sleep

Do you know that without adequate of sleep will increase your risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease?

People who do not have adequate sleep:
More likely to make poor decision.
Gain weight.
More dangerous than a drunkard.

Haha. Hmm…and other things you need to know about sleep is:
Power naps should not exceed 20 to 30 minutes.
Vigorous workout produces adrenaline that can interfere with sleep. So do not workout when near bedtime.
Coffee should not drink after lunchtime. It takes 5 hours to remove half of the amount of caffeine in your body.
Drinking milk or eating banana or food that contain tryptophan and amino acid doesn’t help to induce sleep. (Food that contain tryptophan and amino acid have link to sleep.)

Okay. I’m very long winded. Haha. Back to main point. Haha. I have been having headache for quite awhile. Haha. I didn’t dare to tell anyone because I’m scare of getting scolding or getting nagged by people. Haha.

Sometimes I find it so difficult to fall asleep due to my headache. My headache seriously makes me really uncomfortable. Maybe I should call it migraine instead of headache. Haha.

Hmm…I think it is because I didn’t get enough sleep. Still remember the first time I said that I didn’t have enough sleep? Yup, ever since then I didn’t get enough sleep, even during the holidays. Haha. Months of inadequate sleep. Haha.

I remembered that last time I can’t even last for 3 days of inadequate sleep and after 3 days of inadequate sleep, I slept for ONE WHOLE DAY. Now…I’m super! Haha.
I don’t know when I would get enough sleep. Anyway now I have some rules to follow in order to get enough sleep. Haha.
