40 Best Foods: Almonds

My dad always sent me emails to read. Still remember my previous post about sleeping? I know these through my father. Haha.

Hmm…I have decided to blog about things my daddy sent me. Haha. So I can delete the emails. I regret that I have deleted a lot of emails that my dad sent me. It seems like I lost a lot of information. =/ (I like to clear my mail box as I think it is very messy.)

I would also blog about other stuff because I actually subscribe a lot of things, just that I never read it. Haha.

Anyway I’m going to blog about the 40 best foods and it is said that it is recommend to eat it everyday.

These energy-rich snacks lower bad cholesterol, thanks to plant sterols, and benefit diabetics by lowering blood sugar. They’re also rich in amino acids, which bolster testosterone levels and muscle growth. Almonds are also stuffed with vitamin E, which helps defend against sun damage. In a study, volunteers who consumed 13 milligrams of vitamin (about 20 almonds) per day and then were exposed to UV light burned less than those who took none. And because vitamin E is an antioxidant, it also works to keep your arteries free of dangerous free radicals. Low levels of vitamin E are also associated with poor memory performance and cognitive decline, says dietitian Sari Greaves of New York Presbyterian Hospital – Cornell

Talking about almond. I hate almond pudding. I hate any almond flavored stuff. It just tastes sucks and I don’t know why. Hmm…but…I love almond nuts. Haha.

I used to eat almond nuts everyday during my healthy times. Haha. Okay, I treat it as a snack. I just love to munch things when I watch shows or study. I remember that I used to have a box of almond nuts in my room. Haha. Whenever, I’m going to finish it, I would ask my mum to buy a new packed to refill it. Haha.

Almond nuts are seriously sweet and delicious. However, some people refuse to believe me. (I’m not pin-pointing anyone, I could only remember most of the time I told anyone about almond they won’t believe me.) Haha. Well, I think I would be like them until I really taste it. All along I hate almonds, until I tried almond nuts. Haha. Almond pudding and other almond flavored stuff make me hate almond that I refused to give almond nuts a chance. Haha. Hmm….However, I forget why I started to eat almond again. I guess it is because almond nuts are healthy? Haha.

Hmm…so…people who wants to have a better complexion or want to gain their muscle mass should eat almonds. Haha. Oh, I just remember that last time my sister always eat nuts after she exercise. Haha.

Anyway we should watch out for our intake of almond nuts too. Although it contains healthy fats you still need to watch your calories right? Haha.
